PREPARE YOUR PURCHASING BRIEF

Different buying roles, different questions

ABLEORA coordinates product requirements and selected manufacturing resources. Start with your buying role so the model, documents and project scope can be discussed together. Manufacturing responsibilities and supply terms are confirmed for the selected product and order.

Distributors and resellers

Start with your sales channel and model shortlist. Note the configurations, quantities and product information needed to compare options for your range.

Importers

State the destination market and buying entity. List the model-linked documents, packaging information and responsibilities you need confirmed before an order.

Private-label buyers

Separate the product specification from branding changes. Identify artwork versions, language requirements and who will approve each item before production.

PRIVATE-LABEL PROCUREMENT

Rollator packaging: artwork and approval checklist

Use one versioned record for each selected model and packaging option. This checklist adds detail to the project brief; it is not an approved artwork file or evidence of regulatory compliance.

Identify the model and packaging level
Record the model, SKU and quoted configuration. Distinguish the product label, retail pack and shipping carton so an approval for one item is not treated as approval for all three.
Keep artwork and text traceable
List each file name, revision and date. Identify the logo owner, required languages, supplied text and person responsible for checking it. Keep unconfirmed claims out of the approval version.
Match identifiers and instructions
Ask the responsible parties to confirm the product name, model references, barcode data and applicable manual version. Confirm who supplies and verifies each item; do not assume a new label changes the product's approved scope.
Review the proof against the quoted scope
Record which physical or digital proof was reviewed and any differences. Request confirmation of packaging configuration, packing quantities and dimensions where needed for the quotation; leave unknown values open.
Close changes in writing
For each open item, record an owner and the next decision. Identify the approved revision and approval date only after written confirmation. Reconfirm price, timing and order scope if a change affects them.

Copyable purchasing record

Model / SKU / configuration: [to confirm] Destination market / buying entity: [to confirm] Packaging level / included items: [to confirm] Artwork file / revision / date: [to confirm] Text, logo and language owner: [to confirm] Identifier / manual references: [to confirm] Proof reviewed / differences: [to confirm] Open action / responsible party: [to confirm] Written approval / approved revision / date: [not yet confirmed]

A completed worksheet does not establish product approval, compliance or production readiness. Confirm requirements with the responsible parties for the exact product and market; only the agreed written quotation and order define the supply scope.

PROCESS

One coordinated path from brief to delivery.

We organise the product solution, development resources, confirmed manufacturing partner, sample approval and production controls around the requirements of each project.

01

Define the product brief

Share the intended users, care setting, target market, functions, price position and expected quantity.

02

Plan the solution and production route

ABLEORA prepares the product approach and matches suitable development and manufacturing resources to the brief.

03

Develop and engineer the product

Structure, dimensions, materials, functions, accessories and appearance are developed with the selected technical team.

04

Verify the prototype or sample

The sample is reviewed against the agreed brief, and required revisions are recorded before production approval.

05

Prepare production and quality controls

Final specifications, packaging, inspection points, quotation and order terms are approved in writing before manufacturing.

06

Manufacture and coordinate delivery

Production is completed by the confirmed manufacturing partner, with progress, quality checks, packaging and shipment coordinated through one project path.

OEM FAQ

Common OEM and private-label questions.

Confirm the key project conditions before product development or production begins.

01Do you support OEM, ODM and private-label projects?+

Yes. The service may cover product planning, development coordination, sample verification, manufacturing, branding, packaging and delivery preparation. The exact scope is confirmed after the project brief is reviewed.

02Can I review a prototype or sample before production?+

Yes. Prototype or sample availability, cost, timing and freight depend on the selected solution and manufacturing route. Required revisions are recorded before production approval.

03When are price, MOQ and lead time confirmed?+

These are confirmed after the product solution, specification, quantity, packaging and production route are clear. Only the formal quotation or order confirmation is binding.

04Can branding, packaging and documents be customised?+

Depending on the project, discussions may include colour, logo, labels, manuals, carton marks, packaging structure and sales materials. Feasibility, language and file requirements are confirmed before production.
