DISTRIBUTOR SUPPORT PLANNING

Rollator spare parts: questions before ordering

Prepare a precise identification request before planning replacement-part purchases. Similar appearance, a shared product name or a matching wheel size alone does not establish compatibility.

Which exact product is involved?
Record the model, SKU, order reference and product-label or version information available. Describe the component and where it sits on the product. Do not include customer or patient personal information.
Which document identifies the part?
Ask for the applicable manual or parts diagram and its revision. Quote a part number only when it appears in a verified source. Keep unidentified components marked as unconfirmed.
What supports the proposed match?
Ask the supplier or manufacturer to confirm the part against the specific model and version in writing. Do not order solely from a photograph or assume parts can be exchanged between similar models.
What exactly would be supplied?
Confirm whether the quotation covers a component or a complete assembly, included items, quantity, packaging, availability and lead time. A discussion or listing is not confirmation of stock or an ongoing supply commitment.
What instructions and terms apply?
Request the applicable instructions and confirm whether service must be performed by a qualified provider. Confirm warranty and claim terms for the actual order. This purchasing checklist is not a repair or fitting guide.
